Founded by Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson in 2009, this dynamic duo straddling the worlds of contemporary art and preservation embarked on a mission to infuse hospitality in Midwest towns yearning for a hip hangout for business and leisure travelers.

PB&J’s challenge was taking what we coined the ‘24/7, 365’ mission of the properties to the media landscape. With museum exhibits open to the public 24/7 and 365 days a year, a full service restaurant, multiple bar concepts, a spa, hotel, and special events, we set forth to create focused storytelling methodologies which included word-of-mouth and national press campaigns to inspire new audiences to see the potential ‘for those who dare to wander’.
